To Order Our Products

To order online click “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase. Select the quantity and color (as applicable) and add to Order. Click “Keep Shopping” to continue browsing or click “Checkout” to purchase the item(s) on your order form.

You may fax your orders 24 hours a day with all the relevant information, including credit card number and expiry date. You may fax it to (905) 709-4736

For email order, just click on this link and write to us at info@hometrend.ca. We generally respond within 2 to 5 days if it is sent during our Business Hours (Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm). Email sent after hours will be responded to within 2 to 5 business days , excluding holidays.

We ship to all provinces. Please note that the shipping and billing addresses must be valid Canadian addresses (PO boxes are not accepted).

Shipping costs

All shipping for orders over $50 CAD is free in Canada. For orders under $50 CAD, a $15 flat shipping fee will apply.

In-Store Pickup. During store hours, you can always contact us by phone (905) 731-8707 to place your order or if you have any question. For in-store pick up, you can pick up your item based on your schedule, instead of waiting at home for a package to arrive.

Once your order is ready, you will receive an In-store pickup notification by phone or email. It is important that you wait to receive an In-store pickup notification before going to the store. Our store is located in Richmond Hill, 1455 16th Ave, Unit 4&5, Ontario.

Shipping times

We strive to ship out orders same day when placed before 5PM EST. Your order will typically be received in 2-10 business days.

Misprint

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that a misprint error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site.

 

Returns and Refund

To initiate a return process, please email info@hometrend.com. We offer a 30 day return policy. Clearance items are exchange only, no refund.  Please include the following information:

Name on order, order number, shipping address, reason for return, and choice of exchange or return. 

Please note that all returned sets must come with all the items, and the condition should be in new. Customers may return the product with their own shipping option, or receive a pre-paid shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that Hometrend will not recirculate returns for sale, especially during the ongoing pandemic!
